DLF Walk A Thon Meals On Wheels Ramp Buliding Halloween Parade Old Timers day Pancake Breakfast Spaghetti Dinner Fenwick Island Lions Club- History The Fenwick Island Lions Club was chartered in 1986.  Since the first meeting of the original 38 individuals,  it has grown to one of the largest  and  most  active Lions Clubs in Delaware. It not only provides support to the local communities and individuals in need within these communities, it  financially supports  Lions efforts both within Delaware, our Nation and around the world. Club Programs: SIGHT ACTIVITIES -Leader dog for visually impaired -Delaware Lions Foundation, Inc. -Lions Vision Research Foundation -Campaign SightFirst II -Used glasses recycling program -Preschool child vision screening LOCAL COMMUNITY -Meals on wheels -Advanced education scholarships -Youth LEO Club sponsorship -Little League baseball -Stockley  Center -Toys For Tots -Delaware Hospice -Individuals & families in need -Special  Olympics ENVIRONMENTAL -Adopt A Highway (Rt 1) -Dune grass planting -Beach cleanup -Aluminum Can Recycling DISEASES -Adult & youth diabetes, heart, and cancer. FUNDRAISERS Financial resources for these programs are made possible through the fundraising efforts of our Club Members, which include: 1.  an annual spaghetti dinner, 2. an annual pancake breakfast, 3. year long aluminum can recycling program, 4. various raffle programs,  and 5. special fundraisers for the Lions Clubs International Sight programs.   Club Programs Eye Examinations Click Pictures to enlarge
